Refund Policy

At VenturiousSolutions, we provide independent guidance for printer setup and configuration. While we strive to offer clear and helpful information, we have established the following refund guidelines:
1. Pre-Guidance Cancellations
Refunds are considered only before the scheduled guidance session begins. If you have prepaid for guidance and choose to cancel before the session starts, you are eligible for a full refund of the prepaid amount.
Please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session to process the cancellation.
2. Post-Guidance Policy
No refunds are provided after a guidance session has been completed. Once the session has taken place, it is considered fulfilled. Payments for completed guidance sessions are non-refundable.
3. Unresolved Issues
In rare cases where we are unable to provide the requested guidance due to circumstances within our control (and not due to user hardware, internet connectivity, or missing information), we may provide a full refund for the prepaid session.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
