1. Pre-Service Cancellations

Refunds are considered only before the scheduled service appointment begins. If you have prepaid for a service and choose to cancel your appointment prior to a technician initiating remote or onsite support, you are eligible for a full refund of the prepaid amount.

Please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled service slot to process this cancellation easily.

2. Post-Service Policy

No refunds are provided after successful remote or onsite setup.

Once a technician has completed the requested setup, configuration, or installation, the service is considered fulfilled. We verify that the printer is functioning correctly on your network or device before concluding the session. Therefore, payments for completed, verified services are non-refundable.

3. Unresolved Issues

In the rare event that our technicians are entirely unable to perform the setup or resolve the original installation issue due to circumstances within our control (and not due to hardware failure, internet outages, or missing credentials on your end), we will not charge you, or we will refund any prepaid fees for that specific session.
